She is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, and specialized on Intellectual Property law. She has participated in securing more than 1590 in total of Trademarks Registration, Patent grant, Copyrights Registration and Industrial Design Registration in Tanzania, Zanzibar and Africa at large.
Eugenia concentrates her practice exclusively on intellectual property law and related litigation, including patents, trademarks, service mark, copyrights and industrial design; also, she is good at Company Law including formation of a new company, search, business license, annual return and all Company secretarial services.
